Top right: Pantaleo - A pasteurized goat's milk from Sardinia. Aged for a minimum of 100 days, firm cheese with notes of citrus and white pepper.
Top Left: Montboissie - A French cow's milk aged with grape must in the center. Produced using pasteurized cow's milk and aged for 2-3 months, this cheese has notes of sweet fruit and hay.
Bottom Left: Danish Blue Cheese - A semi-soft blue cheese hailing from denmark, creamy and salty with notes of tropical fruit. Produced using pasteurized milk and aged for roughly a year. Blue cheese and chocolate are a classic combination, we've provided some milk chocolate nibs to taste with the Danish Blue.
Bottom right: Ossau-Iraty - A traditional French sheep milk cheese, subtle yet sweet with notes sweet cream and butter. Using pasteurized milk and aged for 6 months, Ossau-Iraty is shrouded in myth and said to be produced by a son of Apollo.
